Daily Hot Lunch Specials

• Monday – Mostaccioli or Spaghetti with Meatball Dinner with Fraboni’s homemade tomato sauce or garlic butter sauce.  Dinner includes choice of deli salad, bread, and better.
  
• Tuesday – Meatball Sandwich.  Four (4) large, homemade meatballs stuffed into a brat bun covered with Fraboni’s tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese.
  
• Wednesday – Fraboni’s Delicious BBQ Pork Sandwich, our own nicely seasoned BBQ pork roast thinly sliced then stuffed into a fresh, bakery bun.  Porketta Sandwich only from Fraboni’s.  Our famous pork roast thinly sliced with au jus in a fresh bakery bun.  May be topped with tomato sauce and Parmesan if you like.
  
• Thursday – Mostaccioli and/or Spaghetti Dinner, with Fraboni’s homemade, mild Italian sausage.  Dinner includes choice of deli salad, bread and butter.
  
• Friday – Fraboni’s homemade Lasagna made with Italian sausage, fresh Ricotta and Mozzarella cheeses.  Also, spaghetti or Mostaccioli with homemade Alfredo sauce dinner.  Dinner includes choice of deli salad, bread and butter.
  
• Saturday – Italian Sausage Sandwich, hot or mild Italian Sausage with roasted onions, red and green peppers covered with tomato sauce and grated cheese in a fresh bakery bun
  
• Sunday – Chicken day.  Special price on a bucket of Chicken (8 pieces) plus your choice of a pint of deli salad-FREE.  Also, specially priced chicken dinners.

Deli Salads

Not all salads are available everyday

Marinated Mushrooms – Large whole mushrooms marinated in a garlicy olive oil vinaigrette dressing.

Mushroom Salad - Fresh mushrooms sliced and tossed with celery onions and peppers.  Dressed with a snappy dressing that bites.  (Not always available)

Fruit and Nut - Whipped topping with fresh fruit and nuts.

Chicken Salad - Lots of chicken meat tossed with curly twisted pasta, celery, onion, and radishes in a creamy, homemade, flavorful dressing.

Tuna Salad – Dolphin safe tuna chunks with baby shells, celery, and onions, in a flavorful dressing.

Antipasto Salad – Unique salad with meats and cheeses.  Greek peppers, green and black olives, tossed with pepperoni, Genoa salami, mortadella, provolone cheese, and green and red peppers.  A little spicy but not too hot

Broccoli  Salad - Something of a sweet salad with broccoli buds, raisins, bacon, and onions with a simple slightly sweet dressing.  Great as a side salad.

Tomato  Salad – Great as a relish salad.  Ripe tomatoes, green onions, and green peppers in a little bit spicier dressing.

Italian Potato – Potatoes, green onions, celery, peppers, and lots of eggs, with a thick homemade dressing.

American Potato - Potatoes, onions, celery, peppers, and lots of eggs, with a thick homemade dressing.

Cheese Tortellini – Cheese-filled pasta with broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, sweet peppers and ripe olives in a vinaigrette dressing.

Pasta Pesto – Shell pasta in a homemade creamy pesto dressing with peas and chunks of crab meat.

Pesto Tortellini Salad – Cheese filled tortellini, carrots, red bell peppers and peas, tossed with a homemade creamy pesto sauce.

Veggie Rotini – Colorful corkscrew pasta with red onion, black olives, red and green bell peppers in a homemade vinaigrette dressing.

Marinated Artichoke Hearts - Large imported artichoke hearts marinated in a garlicy olive oil and vinegar seasoning.

Pepper Salad - A blend of hot and sweet peppers.  These add a lot to any meal.

Shrimp Salad – Small pasta shells with celery and carrots in a creamy dressing with plenty of shrimp.

Pasta and Cheese – Elbow macaroni and cheese with peas, celery, onion, red peppers and eggs in a mellow dressing which children love.

Artichoke Salad – A lightly seasoned mixture of Greek Kalamata olives, artichoke hearts, zucchini, carrots, celery and red peppers.

Italian Olive Salad – Marinated green and Greek and Moroccan olives, celery, yellow and red onions, green and red peppers in a secret Fraboni’s dressing.

Dill and Crab Salad – Medium shells with crab meat.  Dressing is a salad dressing and dill mixture.

Marinated Vegetables Mild or Spicy – Cauliflower, broccoli, red and green peppers, marinated with olive oil and herbs with a red wine vinegar dressing.

Gemelli Salad – Gemelli pasta, Feta Cheese, tomato, green onion and broccoli.  The dressing has olive oil, vinegar, garlic, red pepper and herbs.

Bow Ties and Cheese – Large bow tie pasta, fresh tomatoes, plenty of big chunks of pepperoni, black olives, bell peppers and onion dressed with a sort of spicy oil and vinegar dressing and Parmesan cheese.
