Vegetarian Lasagna

For the vegetarians among us, we make a delicious lasagna with all the same ingredients as our meat one. In lieu of sausage, however, we use a combination of vegetables. Cauliflower, broccoli, zucchini, carrots, spinach and peas all go into making this item an exquisite treat.

 

Heating instructions: Thaw (if frozen), remove the foil lid and plastic wrap. Cover with foil. Preheat the oven to 350 degres. Bake for 90 minutes or until 165 degrees. Remove and let rest for 10 minutes. Cut, cover with sauce and serve.

We recommend purchasing one quart of our spaghetti sauce to cover a #10 pan!
